Does WebDrive support Terminal Server or Citrix environments?

Yes, and this is supported by default. Simply ensure the setting under the main application Settings, under the Advanced dropdown, for "Allow RDS or Terminal Server" is enabled.

NOTE: If you do not see the Advanced dropdown of settings, scroll down and enable "Show all Settings" and then the Advanced options will be visible and available to edit.
