Getting Started: Logging

Logs are files that record communication between WebDrive (the client) and the server.

You can enable logging in WebDrive in the main application settings.
Logging Level: Decides the level of detail to include in the logs
Errors: Emphasis on errors that may arise during connections
  1. Info: Basic information only in the logs. Recommended for basic use if interested in seeing what's happening. Easier to read and follow
  2. Verbose: More detailed logging. Recommended for internal troubleshooting or analysis to see protocol, client, and server information for connections
  3. Debug: Very detailed logging. Log files also become larger more quickly. Recommended for use when submitting a support ticket or otherwise troubleshooting a particular issue
View Logs: Click to quickly take you to the Log Folder to view existing logs

Alternatively, navigate to the Log Folder location manually to view
