Can I utilize an SMTP server for notifications in Titan SFTP Server?

As an admin, I would like to be able to create automations or events that send email notifications to end users or to the admin with an SMTP server so we have relevant information available.

In Titan SFTP Server, you can configure an SMTP server and use it to be able to send email notifications.

Steps

1. Navigate to the server level and click on the Email tab.
2. Configure the SMTP server parameters like IP/hostname, port, default from address, etc.

1. Click on the “Test” button to ensure connectivity succeeds.

NOTE: Make sure you configure the correct port depending if the connection is secure or not.

1. Click on Apply.
2. You can configure an event to test the email notifications.
