How can I upgrade from older Titan FTP or Cornerstone MFT to the latest Titan SFTP

Pre-Requisites

1. You will need to have the latest build of Titan FTP Server 2019 installed to ensure the upgrade process is successful. Run the Titan 2019 Admin console and use the Check For Program Updates feature to download and install the latest build of Titan FTP Server 2019.
2. Ensure your Operating System (OS) meets the minimum system requirements for running Titan SFTP.
3. Run Windows Updates on the Operating System to ensure all Windows hot fixes and patches have been applied.

5. Ensure 2GBs of disk space is available for installation.

Steps

1. Make sure your Windows server meets the requirements and OS is 2016 or above.
2. Run the Check For Updates utility on your existing installation to ensure the latest hotfixes and patches have been applied.
3. Download the latest installer from our website
4. Double-click on the installer to initiate the process of updating to the latest release of Titan SFTP. The installation process will preserve all configuration data.
5. Once the installer has completed, there will be an updated product icon on the desktop.
6. Double-click on the desktop icon to run the new web-based Titan admin console.
