SRT Software Sunset and End of Life Policy

Every so often SRT will put out a new Major Release of software, as identified by a new version number. The current Major Release version is 2026. Customers with an active M&S contract are entitled to support and software updates for the current Major Release. See release table below.

Sunset Status
Whenever a new Major Version is released, the previous Major Release will enter into Sunset Status. Sunset Status will last for 12 months from the data of the release of the new Major Release. With an active M&S contract customers are entitled to support for the software in Sunset Status. Support may include software patches or updates at the discretion of SRT.

End of Life Status
At the end of the Sunset period the software version that is in Sunset Status will move to EOL (End Of Life) and is no longer maintained by SRT. Versions of our product line which have reached EOL are no longer patched, updated or supported.
