WebDrive Transfer Speeds Slow

Question: Why are my WebDrive transfers (download or upload) slower than they were before? Or why are they slower sometimes and faster at other times?

Answer: WebDrive does not perform any throttling on any transfers. Downloads should come across at close to top available speeds based on the capability of the server and the bandwidth available. Uploads will lose some speed because of caching that occurs, but again this is based on the bandwidth available and the server's capabilities as well. When speeds are inconsistent, it is likely related to the current state of the server or an overload of activity on the server at the time.
